For many seasons we have slipped along a pass on the scenic byway through the
Anaconda Pintlar Wilderness, past Phillipsburg and down Flint creek into the
Rock Creek basin to float and fish this special waterway. We now have the
permits to float Rock Creek with more flexibility as well as more days for our
clients. This opportunity is a result of our partnership with the United
States Forest Service and the Lolo Forest Service. All trips will be hosted
by The Complete Fly Fisher staff.
For dry fly anglers Rock Creek has no equal for action, scenery and floating
excitement. Our past guests who have fished this magic river can hardly
contain their enthusiasm, while patiently waiting for winter to let go long
enough too fill Rock Creek with the sparkling, clear water we will float them
on again.
In addition to having the permits for Rock Creek under our angling umbrella
we have authorization from the United States Forest Service to maintain a
camp for our guests to stay overnight in a very wild place in the middle of
this amazing river corridor.
