Well, we have exciting news for you and your palate as we introduce Stuart Allen as our Executive Chef.

Stuart has pursued his passion and love for fine food and wine for over twenty five years. From his early culinary days in the resorts of Telluride and Steamboat to rankings in Food and Wine's top ten in america and two wine spectator awards of excellence. His Southern heritage and several years in Arizona have added it's own mark to his culinary style and palate.

Stuart's love of the outdoors fishing, skiing and cycling is unequaled by love for the "culinary experience."
