Stuart Allen, Executive Chef
For several decades the Complete Flyfisher has prepared and served culinary adventure as well as world class angling. We have continued to elevate your dinning experience by finding the most creative and enthusiastic Chefs. Well, we have exciting news for you and your palate as we introduce Stuart Allen as our Executive Chef.
Stuart has pursued his passion and love for fine food and wine for over twenty five years. From his early culinary days in the resorts of Telluride and Steamboat to rankings in Food and Wine's top ten in america and two wine spectator awards of excellence. His Southern heritage and several years in Arizona have added it's own mark to his culinary style and palate.
Stuart's love of the outdoors fishing, skiing and cycling is unequaled by love for the "culinary experience."

Cassie Harvey
Cassie Harvey has spent four seasons in our kitchen at the Complete Fly Fisher. She started doing prep work and has elevated to breakfast chef. She was born and raised on the Big Hole. An accomplished equestrian and very active in outdoor fun, Cassie is the person who starts your day in the right direction.
Cassie combines down home cooking with fresh, organic ingredients to make your favorite breakfast or is happy to wow you with smoked salmon hash, crab mushroom quiche or her spinach with sharp white cheddar omelets.
