Dining in the evening after an invigorating day on the river or the trails, is truly one of the best parts of The Complete Fly Fisher. Our chefs and staff have prepared the whole day - in fact, weeks before your arrival - to stage a culinary event you may rave about as much as you do the fishing!
Appetizers vary throughout the week. Each evening’s meal is currated and unique. Desserts always delight and compliment the meals and, afterwards, there is usually a relaxing fire or impromptu song on the deck, just overlooking the river.
