Join us for a great day in our kitchen!

Our menu changes with the seasons and with the available local food. But each meal is carefully curated and it’s more fun to execute when you, our guests are interested and engaged. We wondered if we offered such an opportunity, whether anyone would take us up on it. What we have found is that so many guests love to mix their fishing with a day or more in the kitchen. Sometimes a partner enjoys cooking and not fishing at all (we don’t really get that but we’re not judging!). Any way you cut it, the kitchen at the Complete Fly Fisher is a fun place to be. Peaceful yet active during the day. Bustling and proud at night. So let us know on the contact us page that you’re interested in assisting in the kitchen and we’ll turn it into a class day that you’ll love!

Cowboy Cauldron Party

Made from solid, seamless Steel, the Cowboy cauldron is one of the best grills you could use. Cooking with fire is a skill that takes years to master and understand. For this activity, we use only local meats. To get our guests involved, they assemble their own kabobs or form their patties. Our chefs will  give a lesson on the various cuts of meat we are utilizing, what end product we are looking for, how to stoke the fire, where the hot points are, etc.   We will also setup local Montana liquors and beers outside for guests to enjoy with their barbecue at the end of the class.
